    National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB (NEVS) acquired assets of Saab on June 13, 2012, and now the transaction is completed. Financial details remain undisclosed, however. NEVS is a Swedish company that was founded last spring with the aim of buying back Saab and producing an electric car at the Trollhättan plant.
