Posted By GMbeat on Articles

http://www.automobilemag.com - Tragedy struck the National Corvette Museum early last year when an enormous sinkhole opened up underneath the floor and swallowed eight significant Corvettes on display. All cars in question were damaged in some way, with some in worse shape than others. Some of the cars were extremely historically significant, including a white 1992 C4 Corvette Convertible that was the one millionth Corvette to roll of the assembly line. Piloting the all-new 2016 Chevrolet Volt, I made it almost halfway on electric power alone. In any case, 53 miles represents a 35 percent bump in EV range compared with the first-gen Volt.
